We at Artbyapoorva are fully committed to delivering the best quality products at the earliest. We currently ship all over India. The shipping charges are to be borne by customers. If a product is ready for dispatch, it will be dispatched the next day of placing an order. Custom products are dispatched based on the size and timeline decided before finalizing the order. All orders for home décor products (excluding mandalas) are to be paid in full at the time of placing an order. We do not accept COD. For mandalas, orders above Rs 3000/-, full payment is to be made in advance. For orders below Rs 3000/-, 50% of the order value is to be paid in advance and 50% on delivery. Custom orders are to be paid in full in advance. If sent by a courier provider, the order should reach you in 5-7 working days, but can take up to 10 days depending on the region and service provider, or due to some unforeseen circumstances. No returns or refunds are accepted. If you receive an item less or wrong, please contact the artist at the earliest. Once paid and delivered, we are not responsible for damage to products. Once delivered, maintaining the quality of the product is in the hands of the customer.
